Boss was an easy bet to make: I bought it when it entered the pre-production sweet spot (PPSS), relatively on sale. The company's Honeymoon uranium project is high margin and the property had a lot more known mineralization not officially in mine reserves. That made valuation tricky, but I was willing to speculate on a PPSS re-rating, which worked out quite well. Now that uranium production is starting comes the hard part; proving that the mine will make money as advertised. Following PPSS discipline (click here to read my free report on this, if you haven't already), I've booked the win, exited, and will revisit the stock as a new speculation once Boss has proven its case and de-risked the story.
(Note that the exit price is a weighted average, as I took profits when the stock was trading much higher, so you won't find it on that date.)
