This is a recording of my speech at the recent Vancouver Resource Investment Conference. I had the misfortune—or fortune, depending on how you look at it—to go right after Rick Rule. It's interesting that Rick spoke of selling silver, and I spoke of taking profits on silver stocks, just days before silver fell off a cliff, dragging other metals down with it. In both cases, the idea was nate hate for silver, but to rotate into something that was a "buy low" opportunity. The timing couldn't have been better—for anyone who listened. And the opportunity to buy low that I highlighted is still on the table...
