Wolf Bytes: Is Silvercorp a "Has Been" Company?

Silvercorp has been chugging along without much change for years—will we ever see any of its new projects return it to its glory days of super-high-grade production? Why invest now? (Note that this was recorded just before Silvercorp announced a takeover bid for OreCorp (ORR.AX), so kudos to management for hinting, but not spilling the beans.)
